Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony 2026 — BGS Bloomfield High

The most awaited evening of the BGS Bloomfield High academic calendar is here. Our Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony 2026 celebrates the achievements, talents, and growth of every student at BGS Bloomfield High — and we warmly invite all our families to join us for this very special occasion.

The evening opens with a formal welcome by our Principal, followed by messages from our Chairman and Secretary. The Chief Guest for this year’s ceremony will be announced closer to the date. The first half of the programme is dedicated to our prize distribution — academic excellence awards, co-curricular achievement trophies, sports honours, and special recognition awards are presented to deserving students from every class and every area of school life.

The second half of the evening is our cultural extravaganza — a full-length performance programme featuring classical dance, western dance, choral singing, instrumental music, a short theatrical production, and a grand finale ensemble performance involving students from every class. This programme is entirely student-performed and student-directed, with guidance from our Arts and Drama departments. Months of rehearsal go into making this evening the spectacular celebration it is every year.

The evening concludes with a vote of thanks, the school song, and refreshments for all guests. Formal dress is recommended for students performing. Parents and guests are requested to be seated by 4:45 PM as the programme begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Parking is available on campus on a first-come basis.

Invitation cards will be distributed to all enrolled students two weeks before the event. Additional guest passes may be requested from the school office subject to auditorium capacity.
